Count the group, then pick the vehicle
The Fleet: Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters and Coaches with a Chauffeur
The number you just counted is the only specification that decides this.
Six classes cover everything from a single traveler to a party of thirty-five, and each one arrives with a uniformed chauffeur driving it. Start with the headcount, check the luggage against it, and open the card that matches. Every vehicle page says what that class seats, what it is genuinely good at, how it is quoted by the hour and what a reservation coordinator will ask before putting a figure in writing.

The six classes
Every vehicle, with the number it seats
The figure on each card is what that class carries, and the line beneath it is the kind of day it suits. The last line is lifted from the vehicle page itself, so nothing here can disagree with the page it opens.

Start with the number, not with the vehicle
Almost every booking is decided in one step, and it is this one. Two of the bands overlap on purpose, because eight people can travel in rows or in a stretch limousine and only you know which of those the day is for.
Two vehicles on one reservation is ordinary rather than a fallback: it is how a party of forty, or a group that wants to split by department, is normally moved. Tell a coordinator the real number and the answer comes back as a written schedule. Larger movements are set up on charter or as a repeating shuttle schedule.
Reserve a vehicle
Send the headcount and we will name the vehicle.
Give a reservation coordinator the date, the number of people and what they are carrying. What comes back names the class, the boarding hour and one written figure for the whole vehicle.

Questions
What callers ask before picking a vehicle
Which vehicle do I need for my group?
Count the people first and the luggage second. One to three ride in the executive sedan, four to six in the luxury SUV, seven to fourteen in the Sprinter van, eight to ten in the stretch limousine when the night is the occasion, and twenty-two upward on a coach. Give a coordinator the number on (217) 523-5466.
Can I rent a vehicle without a driver?
No. Every vehicle Executive Transportation reserves comes with a uniformed chauffeur, on every trip and in every class, and there is no version of the booking that hands over a key. The chauffeur loads the luggage, holds the door and stays with the party for the whole reservation. See what a chauffeured booking includes.
How is a vehicle priced?
Every vehicle and its chauffeur are quoted by the hour, with a minimum number of hours stated up front in the written quote. The class, the hours the trip takes door to door, the date and the hour the party boards set the figure. One figure covers the whole vehicle, so a group settles it once rather than by the seat. Read how a figure is built.
Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
Ask a reservation coordinator, because the honest answer depends on the date and on what is held for it, and nothing on this site should promise equipment before that has been checked. Say what the passenger needs when you call and you will be told plainly what can be arranged. Call (217) 523-5466 and describe what is needed.

Request a quote for any of them
Three things callers say made the difference, whichever class they ended up in.
The vehicle is quoted by the hour, not the seat
Two riders or thirty-five, one hourly figure with the minimum stated up front covers the whole vehicle, which is why a group settles it once instead of buying a place apiece.
A chauffeur comes with every class
There is no version of any booking on this page that hands over a key, so the same person drives, waits and loads the luggage for the whole reservation.
The class can change after you call
Plenty of bookings arrive asking for one vehicle and leave with another, usually because the luggage was the real constraint. A coordinator will say so rather than sell you the larger one.
