Nashville Airport (BNA) Car Service & Chauffeured Transportation

A chauffeur at baggage claim, and a black car waiting where the airport says it may wait.

Nashville sends every commercial vehicle to the Ground Transportation Center, so the car that collects you sits there while your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim, takes the bags, and walks you out. Executive Transportation runs that transfer for visiting executives, delegations and touring parties, in a sedan, a Sprinter or a coach.

Know the airport

What to know about Nashville International

Nashville International Airport, code BNA, works out of one main terminal with two ticketing halls and five gate areas hanging off it. The part that changes how you are collected is the Ground Transportation Center, which is where every commercial vehicle now meets its passenger. Private jet and charter arrivals skip all of it and come off the general aviation side instead.

One terminal, two ticketing halls, five gate areas

You check in at North Ticketing or South Ticketing depending on the airline, then walk to the B, C or D Concourse, the Satellite Concourse, or the T-Gates. The airline decides which. The ticket hall printed on your boarding pass is the one a reservation coordinator wants, because it sets which end of the departures roadway your chauffeur pulls into.

Every commercial vehicle collects at the Ground Transportation Center

The airport is blunt about this one. Effective June 3, 2025, all commercial operators pick up and drop off at the Ground Transportation Center on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. Limousines drop off at the Departures doors and pick up in the South Wing Pick-Up Area of the GTC. No black car idles outside arrivals waiting for you, because Nashville does not allow it; your chauffeur is inside at baggage claim instead.

The walk to the car is signed LIMO and TAXI

Your chauffeur takes the bags at the carousel and walks you out of the Main Terminal on Level 1, turning right under the pedestrian canopy toward Terminal Garage 2. The overhead signs read LIMO and TAXI, and they lead to the vehicle. It is covered the whole way, which matters in a Tennessee summer downpour.

Very early departures are normal here

The TSA security checkpoint opens daily at 3:30 a.m., and several carriers open their ticket counters at the same time or shortly after. If your flight is one of the first waves out, tell a coordinator the scheduled departure and let us build the pickup back from it.

Terminal, checkpoint and ground transportation details checked on the airport’s own site, flynashville.com, on September 17, 2026. Nashville is in the middle of a long construction program, so confirm anything time sensitive before you travel.

Departures

Your door to the Nashville terminal door

  1. Tell us the flight and the ticketing hallAirline, flight number, scheduled departure, and whether the airline checks in at North or South Ticketing. That is everything a coordinator needs to hold the vehicle.
  2. The scheduled departure sets the pickup hourWe work backward from what your airline asks of you, then add the run itself and a cushion. Nashville checkpoints open at 3:30 a.m. and the first wave out is busy, so early departures get an earlier pickup than the clock suggests.
  3. The cases go in at your front doorThe chauffeur is out of the car and loading before you have your coat on. Hard cases, instrument flight cases and trade show Pelican cases all fit the SUV or the Sprinter.
  4. Dropped at the Departures doorLimousines and black cars drop off at the Departures doors, at the end of the roadway nearest your ticketing hall. You walk in at the door your airline uses, not at the far end of the building.

Arrivals

The Ground Transportation Center back to your door

  1. Book it against the flight numberGive a coordinator the flight number and the scheduled arrival, and call dispatch if either moves. Somebody answers the phone in the middle of the night, which is when most of these calls come.
  2. Met at baggage claim on the Arrivals levelBaggage claim sits on Level 2, and your chauffeur is waiting there with your name. If you are traveling with a party, everyone gathers at the carousel, because the walk out is single file under the canopy.
  3. Bags in hand, under the canopy to Garage 2Your chauffeur takes the luggage off the belt, leads you out of the Main Terminal on Level 1 and right along the covered sidewalk toward Terminal Garage 2, under the signs that read LIMO and TAXI.
  4. The car is in the South Wing Pick-Up AreaNashville sends every limousine and black car to the South Wing Pick-Up Area of the Ground Transportation Center, on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. That is where the walk ends, with the bags going into the trunk.

A new departure time means a new pickup. Your booking holds a specific vehicle against a specific flight, and only a call to dispatch reassigns it. Somebody is on that line day and night at (217) 523-5466.

Private jets and charter

Private jet and charter flights at Nashville International

Nashville draws a lot of aircraft that never see a gate. Executive Transportation drives the general aviation side of the field as well as the terminal, so a private, charter or corporate flight is met at the FBO door by the same uniformed chauffeur who would have met the airline arrival.

  • 01

    Pickup at the FBO door

General aviation at Nashville runs off Hangar Lane rather than the passenger terminal, so none of the Ground Transportation Center rules apply to you. The car is at the private terminal entrance when the aircraft blocks in.

  • 02

    Luggage loaded plane-side

Where the operator and the ramp allow it, bags move straight from the aircraft to the trunk. Where they do not, the transfer happens at the FBO door instead, which is still a few steps rather than a walk through a concourse.

  • 03

Hotel run and downtown run, one reservation

A flight crew heading to a hotel and passengers heading downtown can travel on one booking. Two vehicles if the timing splits, one if it does not, and nobody waits on the ramp for a second car.

  • 04

    A Sprinter for the delegation

A jet full of executives, a label team, or a visiting delegation fits one Sprinter with room for hard cases and a stand-up aisle. Bigger parties move to a coach, and the quote still covers the vehicle rather than the seat.

Why be driven

Four reasons to be driven to BNA

Nashville is an easy airport to arrive at badly: a garage you did not plan for, a walk you did not expect, and a party split across two vehicles. A chauffeur removes all three.

The meter is not running

The vehicle and chauffeur are quoted by the hour with the minimum stated up front, and a coordinator plans the hours around Donelson Pike. Six colleagues arriving together share one figure.

No garage, no lot, no shuttle

You are not parking in a garage at a daily rate and you are not riding an economy shuttle with your luggage. The chauffeur loads at your door and sets the bags down at your ticketing hall.

Take the call, or take the nap

For most of our riders the back seat is working time. Take the call, read the deck, or close your eyes before an early flight. Somebody else is watching the road.

Uniformed chauffeurs since 2004

Terminal runs have been this company’s main work since 2004. Chauffeurs arrive uniformed, arrive early, and know which end of the roadway your airline uses.

The fleet

Fleet for this run

Every Nashville transfer is quoted by the hour for the whole vehicle, so the only real question is what your party and its luggage fit into. Give a coordinator both numbers, the people and the bags, and the answer comes back in a sentence.

A uniformed chauffeur is part of every booking here. A stretch limousine seats 8 to 10 for an arrival that is meant to be noticed.

How a Nashville run is arranged

The long run to and from BNA

Executive Transportation is an Illinois chauffeur company that drives long, and Nashville is one of the runs we are booked for outright: a delegation flying into BNA and traveling north, or an Illinois group flying out of it.

The figure below is a clear-road drive, and it is the floor rather than the promise. Give dispatch the flight instead of the drive, and the pickup gets built backward from it.

One quote covers the vehicle, whether the run is across town or across three states.

Park or be driven

Park at BNA, or be driven to it

Parking is the first number most travelers check, and at Nashville it is published plainly. Here is what the airport charges per day, before anybody has driven anywhere.

  • Cheapest official option$24Per day in Economy Lots B and C, with a complimentary shuttle to the terminal every 10 minutes.
  • Covered and closest$36Per day in Terminal Garage 1 or Terminal Garage 2, both a short walk from the Main Terminal.
  • Valet$48Per day at the valet stand on the ground floor of Terminal Garage 1, available around the clock.

Terminal Lot A closed on July 1, 2026, for construction of the new rental car facility and garage, and parking at the airport is now cashless. Ask a coordinator what the transfer costs instead.

Daily rates from flynashville.com, checked September 17, 2026. Rates and lot availability change during construction. Our own transfers are quoted by the hour with a minimum stated up front, so a coordinator is the only place that figure comes from.

Airport to airport

Transfers between Nashville and other airports

Plans change and so do fields. When the onward flight leaves from somewhere else, Executive Transportation drives the gap in one vehicle and the luggage never changes hands.

Each card is the drive between Nashville and the airport named, in either direction. Both flight numbers and both scheduled times belong in the booking, and a call to dispatch is what moves either of them.

Two fields, one reservation, and a single number for the vehicle that links them.

Nashville questions

What people ask before booking a BNA car

The answers below use the airport’s own published ground transportation and parking guidance, read on flynashville.com in September 2026.

Where does a car service pick you up at Nashville airport?

Executive Transportation meets arriving passengers inside at baggage claim, takes the luggage, and walks you to the Ground Transportation Center. The airport states that all commercial operators pick up and drop off there, on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2, and that limousines use the South Wing Pick-Up Area, under the overhead signs marked LIMO and TAXI.

See how airport transportation works.

Can a chauffeur drop me at the Nashville terminal door?

Executive Transportation drops departing passengers at the Departures doors, which is what the airport allows for limousines and black cars. Pickups are the half that moved: those happen at the Ground Transportation Center instead. Tell a coordinator which ticketing hall your airline uses and the drop lands at the right end of the roadway.

Call (217) 523-5466 with the airline and we will sort the rest.

How far ahead should I book a car service to BNA?

Executive Transportation prefers 72 hours’ notice for a Nashville transfer, and about a week when the party needs a coach. Call anytime: short-notice trips depend on what is available, and the very early departures fill first. Give a coordinator the flight, the ticketing hall and the headcount to hold a vehicle.

Call (217) 523-5466 or request a quote.

What happens if my flight into Nashville is late?

Executive Transportation moves a Nashville pickup on a phone call, so call dispatch the moment you know the flight has slipped. The vehicle is set from the flight number and scheduled arrival you gave at booking rather than from a screen we watch. That line is staffed through the night as well as the day.

Call (217) 523-5466 to move a booked pickup.

Do you pick up from private jets and charter flights at Nashville?

Executive Transportation drives the general aviation side of Nashville as well as the terminal. We meet private, charter and corporate aircraft at the FBO door on Hangar Lane, load luggage plane-side where the operator allows it, and carry crew and passengers on one booking. A Sprinter takes an entire delegation in one vehicle.

Send the tail number when you book the chauffeur.

How early does the Nashville checkpoint open?

The airport publishes a TSA security checkpoint opening of 3:30 a.m. daily, and several airlines open ticket counters at or near that hour. Executive Transportation builds the pickup backward from your scheduled departure, so a first-wave flight gets an earlier pickup than a mid-morning one.

Request a Quote with your flight time.

How is the price of a Nashville car service set?

Executive Transportation builds a Nashville quote from hours, the vehicle and its chauffeur together, and the minimum hours for a BNA run are written into the quote before you accept it. The hours the run takes, the vehicle size and whether you need one leg or a return move it. One figure covers the whole vehicle, so a party of six shares it instead of buying six seats.

Request a Quote with your dates.

Can you drive a group from Nashville to Illinois?

Executive Transportation runs long-distance work as a normal part of the book, and the Nashville to Illinois leg is one of those runs. A sedan carries two or three, a Sprinter fourteen, and a shuttle coach up to thirty-five, all on one hourly quote for the vehicle rather than a charge per seat.

See long distance car service.

Request your Nashville ride

Three things riders tell us made the difference on a BNA run.

  • Met at the Nashville carousel, walked to the GTC

No circling, no phone call from a lane you cannot reach. The car is in the Ground Transportation Center and your chauffeur is at the carousel to take the bags and walk you to it.

  • One hourly number, and it covers the car

Quoted by the hour with the minimum stated up front, so a coordinator plans for the traffic and a group shares one vehicle instead of buying seats.

  • Somebody answers the phone

Late landings and first-wave departures are most of this work, and dispatch is staffed at both ends of the day.
