Chauffeured car service by city
Cities We Serve: Chauffeured Car Service Across Central Illinois and Beyond
A uniformed chauffeur at the door, in the city you are actually leaving from.
Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, Champaign-Urbana and Decatur book most of this work, and around them sit the county seats near Springfield, the Eastern Illinois interstate towns, the river cities west, the Metro East side of St. Louis, and Hannibal and Terre Haute over the state line. Most of it is airport runs. The rest is corporate travel, campus arrivals and move-in weekends, and medical appointments in a city somebody would rather not drive to and park in.

Every city, by region
Pick the city the trip starts in
Each page below is written for that city: the airports it actually flies out of with the closest one first, the offices, hospitals, campuses and venues a chauffeur collects from, the nearest private aviation ramp, and the towns around it we cover on the same booking.

Where these trips finish
A run that starts in one of the cities above often ends in another state, so each state has a page of its own with the airports and the cities inside it.
Book a chauffeur
Name the city and the airport, and we will name the vehicle.
Give a reservation coordinator the pickup address, the flight and the headcount. They confirm the car, the chauffeur and the pickup time, and the quote covers the whole vehicle rather than a seat in it.
(217) 523-5466We prefer 72 hours’ notice, but call anytime. Short-notice trips depend on availability.
Questions
What callers ask about coverage
Do you serve towns that are not on this list?
Yes. Executive Transportation covers the villages and townships around every city on this page, and each city page names the satellite towns it collects from. A pickup is quoted from the address itself rather than against a zone map, so a town with no page of its own is still an ordinary booking. Call (217) 523-5466 and name the address.
How is a trip from one of these cities priced?
Executive Transportation quotes every trip by the hour rather than publishing a rate: an hourly rate for the vehicle and chauffeur, with the minimum number of hours stated up front. The hours the run takes, the size of the vehicle, the hour of the pickup and whether you need one leg or a round trip shape the figure. One quote covers the whole vehicle, so a party of six splits a single fare instead of buying six seats. Request a Quote with your dates.
Which airports do you drive from these cities?
All of them. The same airport roster serves every city on this page, from Chicago O’Hare and Midway to St. Louis Lambert, Indianapolis, Nashville and Kansas City, alongside the regional Illinois fields. Each city page prints that city’s own airports with the closest one first, and each airport has a page of its own. See every airport we drive.
Do you pick up from private jets and charter flights?
Yes. A chauffeur meets private, charter and corporate aircraft at the fixed base operator instead of the airline terminal, and every city page names the nearest FBO field and the operator on it. Crew and passengers ride on one reservation, and cases are loaded beside the aircraft where the operator allows it. Send the tail number when you book the chauffeur.
Book the ride
Request a car in your city
Three things riders in these cities tell us made the difference.
The pickup is an address, not a zone
Quotes follow the street you are standing on rather than a ring drawn around a county, so a village outside a city limit is quoted for the hours the run takes, nothing more.
One reservation covers the whole party
Six colleagues in one SUV, fourteen in a Sprinter, a visiting team in a coach. The vehicle is quoted once and the group splits it.
Somebody answers at either end of the day
The early departure and the late landing are most of this work, so dispatch is staffed around both of them.
