Executive Chauffeur & VIP Transportation for Business
The traveler should only have to walk outside. Everything before that belongs to us.
Send the itinerary the way your calendar already holds it and one written figure comes back, naming the vehicle and the chauffeur. The traveler gets a confirmation of their own, so the office is never the messenger.

What is included
What executive chauffeur service includes
Executive chauffeur service is a private vehicle and a professional chauffeur reserved against one traveler’s schedule, arranged by whoever keeps that schedule. What follows is what the reservation carries and what the office gets back in writing.
Booking on behalf of a traveler
Paste the itinerary as you keep it: addresses, hours, headcount and the name of whoever is riding. The quote returns to you, the confirmation goes to you and to the traveler, and each copy names the vehicle, the chauffeur and the pickup time.
The chauffeur stays with a multi-stop day
A morning across four addresses is one booking and one vehicle, held by the hour. The car sits outside the second appointment while the traveler is inside it, so nobody ends up bidding for a ride to the third.
Discretion, and it is not a slogan
Conversation happens if the passenger opens it. Nothing said in the back of a vehicle is repeated afterwards, no photographs are taken, and no rider’s name is written anywhere except the confirmation and the venue list the office approved.
Every trip is quoted in writing beforehand and carries a receipt afterwards. Ask a reservation coordinator about invoicing and receipts for your company. The rest of the business roster sits on the corporate transportation hub.
How a booking goes
From your itinerary to the traveler’s door
Two halves to this, and an office only ever handles the first one.
The office
Booking for someone else
- Send the itinerary in the shape you keep itAddresses, hours, headcount and the rider’s name. A pasted calendar entry is enough, and so is a spreadsheet of several travelers.
- One figure comes back to youIt covers the vehicle rather than the seat, and the minimum hours are named in the same reply.
- Two confirmations go outYours and the traveler’s, so the rider never has to ask the office what was arranged.
- Changes are a phone call, not a rebookingA board that runs long or a second rider added at noon is edited onto the existing booking, at whatever hour you ring.
The day
The day itself
- The vehicle is at the address ahead of the hourEarly is the standard, so the traveler walks out to a car already waiting.
- A name is shown only where the venue allows itSome lobbies permit a name board and some do not. Where one is not allowed, the rider already has the vehicle and the chauffeur by name.
- Waits between stops belong to the blockWhen the vehicle is held for the block it holds position, and coats, cases and sample boxes stay in it.
- The return leg is already on the bookingThe evening flight or the run back to the office is quoted with the outbound.
Who books this
Who books an executive chauffeur
Three sorts of office ring about the same vehicle: the assistant who owns an executive’s calendar, the visiting party in town for a day, and the firm expecting them.

Executive chauffeur service for private jet and charter arrivals
A good share of corporate flying never goes near an airline counter, and a chauffeur meets the aircraft at whichever building it parks beside.
- 01
The vehicle waits at the operator door
General aviation keeps its own road, gate and lobby, and dispatch names that building on the confirmation.
- 02
Cases move at the aircraft where the ramp allows it
Several of these operators let a vehicle out to the steps, which puts the luggage straight from the hold into the trunk.
- 03
The crew and the party split on one booking
A charter party tends to split at the bottom of the stairs. Two destinations, one booking and one figure.
- 04
Give us the operator name and the tail number
A charter run is booked against the private terminal and the aircraft, not a flight number.

Why be driven
How executive chauffeur service is quoted
No rate is published here. A corporate trip is quoted by the hour against a described itinerary, with the minimum stated up front, and one written figure comes back.
By the hour, with a minimum said up front
A single transfer and a day the traveler directs are quoted the same way: an hourly rate for the vehicle, with the minimum in the written quote.
The quote covers the vehicle
One figure buys the car and the chauffeur, so a party of six divides a single number.
What sets the hours
The drive and the stops first, then the class of vehicle, the hour of the day, and any late address.
Receipts and paperwork
Every trip has a written quote before it and a receipt after it. Ask a reservation coordinator about invoicing and receipts for your company.
We prefer 72 hours’ notice, but call anytime. Short-notice trips depend on availability.

Which vehicle the chauffeur brings
Every class arrives with the same uniformed chauffeur, so the decision is about headcount and luggage, nothing else.
Executive Sedan
The executive car. One or two riders, a case each, and a rear seat quiet enough to take a call from.

Cities where companies book this most
Corporate work runs across Central Illinois and into the states around it. The line under each city names the sort of address a business itinerary runs to there.
Each city page lists its own pickup points. The whole roster is on the service area hub.
The capital city itself is covered on the home page. An itinerary that leaves the region altogether is quoted as long distance car service.
Send an address in any of them and the itinerary is quoted the same way.

What riders say
What business riders say
Executive Transportation was easy to work with and very reliable. Our group of 7 needed a ride from Chicago O’Hare to Springfield. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Our driver was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely hire them again.
The scheduling process was seamless, and the timely pickup from Bloomington airport made my journey stress-free.
Executive Transportation was incredibly responsive and was able to secure us a bus quickly.
A visiting board, a standing Tuesday pickup and one traveler with four addresses in a day are the same vehicle with a different schedule around it: corporate transportation.
Recurring flights booked by a coordinator go through corporate airport transfers, and a whole conference through corporate event transportation.
Corporate questions
What offices ask before they book a chauffeur
These answers are written for whoever owns the calendar. Terminal detail lives on the airport pages.
Can I book an executive chauffeur for someone else and still get the confirmation myself?
Yes. Executive Transportation takes the booking from whoever keeps the calendar, and the written confirmation goes to two places: your inbox and the traveler’s. Each copy names the vehicle, the chauffeur and the pickup time, so nobody is relaying arrangements second hand.
Call (217) 523-5466 or send an itinerary.
Will the same chauffeur handle a multi-day visit?
Executive Transportation assigns one chauffeur across a multi-day itinerary when the schedule allows it, because continuity saves a traveler explaining the same week twice. It is not promised. A late change or an overnight leg can put a second chauffeur on part of the visit, and the confirmation is reissued.
Ask dispatch at (217) 523-5466.
How far ahead should an office book an executive chauffeur?
Three days is the ask wherever a calendar allows it, and closer to a week when a coach or several vehicles are involved. The desk is staffed overnight, so a same-day itinerary is never refused on principle. It comes down to which vehicles are still unbooked.
Dispatch answers at (217) 523-5466.
How is executive chauffeur service priced?
Each corporate trip is quoted by the hour against its itinerary rather than a published rate, with the minimum stated up front, for a single transfer and a day the traveler directs alike. The hours, the vehicle class and the hour of the day set the figure.
Request a Quote with the itinerary.
Do you provide receipts, and can you invoice a company?
Every trip is quoted in writing beforehand and carries a receipt afterwards, which is what an expense report needs. Billing arrangements are not published here, because they are settled case by case. Ask a reservation coordinator about invoicing and receipts for your company.
Call (217) 523-5466.
Can the chauffeur wait between meetings?
Yes, when it is held for the block. The vehicle and the chauffeur are held as directed, so the car stays at the second address while the traveler is inside it rather than leaving after the drop off. A minimum number of hours applies, quoted up front.
Which vehicle suits a board of eight?
The stretch limousine, a classic stretched sedan with leather seating for eight to ten, so a board arrives together. A luxury SUV carries five or six, and a Sprinter van seats fourteen when the group brings hard cases as well as people.
Do you collect executives arriving on a private jet?
Yes. A charter or private arrival is collected at the FBO door rather than the airline terminal, and the confirmation names that building. Send the operator and the tail number instead of a flight number, and call the desk if either one shifts.
