Pick the state, then the field

States We Serve: Chauffeured Transportation Across the Midwest

Nine of them, and an airport page for every field worth naming in each.

Executive Transportation drives chauffeured airport transfers and point to point runs across the Midwest, and this page is the index to it. Each card opens a state coverage page listing every airport there with a write-up of its own: the terminal, the door a pre-arranged car actually meets you at and the parking the airport charges. Illinois is the state the company is in and carries a city roster and a route roster with it.

The nine coverage pages

Every state, with the airports counted

The figure on each card is the number of airports in that state with a page of their own here, read out of the state page itself, and the codes beneath it are the biggest of them. 41 fields in total, each one written up with its own terminal, pickup door and parking detail.

An airport sits on the page of the state it physically stands in, not the city it is named after. MidAmerica and St. Louis Downtown are Illinois fields, Gary/Chicago is an Indiana one, and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky stands at Hebron and is counted under Kentucky.

Book the run

Name the two ends and we will quote the vehicle.

A state line in the middle of a trip changes nothing about the booking. Send the pickup address, the field, the date and the number traveling, and what comes back names the vehicle, the chauffeur and the hour to be outside.

Questions

What people ask before picking a state

Which states do you drive in?

The nine on this page: Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan and Ohio. Each one has a coverage page listing every airport in it that has been written up here, and a town without a page of its own is still an ordinary booking. Start with Illinois or call (217) 523-5466.

Can a trip start in one state and finish in another?

Regularly, and it is priced as one trip rather than two. A pickup in Central Illinois to St. Louis Lambert or Indianapolis crosses a line without anything changing about the reservation, and the same vehicle carries the return leg when you fly back in. The written pairings are on popular routes.

How is a run between states priced?

By the hour and by the vehicle rather than by the seat or the state line. An hourly rate for the vehicle and chauffeur, with the minimum stated up front, and the hours the run takes, the class of vehicle, the hour of the pickup and any stop added along the way decide the figure. It is agreed in writing before the trip starts rather than counted up at the end. See how a quote is built.

Do you collect private jet and charter passengers in these states?

Yes. Most of the fields on these nine pages keep a general aviation ramp beside the passenger terminal, and several sell no airline ticket at all, so the vehicle waits at the operator door instead of the airline terminal. Send the operator, the tail number and the arrival. Read private jet shuttle.

Three things riders say made the difference, whichever state the trip ended in.

  • The state line is not a boundary

A run that crosses one is quoted as a single trip, on a single reservation, with the same vehicle carrying the leg home.

  • Every field here has been written up

The terminal, the pickup arrangement and the published parking come off that airport’s own site and carry the date they were read.

  • One party to a vehicle

Nobody else is booked into the cabin, whichever class the party ends up in, which is the whole difference from a shared shuttle.

Send the trip details

Give both ends of the trip and a coordinator does the arithmetic.
