What riders wrote, in their own words
Airport runs, a coach that had to make a train, a rider who gets car sick and did not, and a lot of chauffeurs named in the first sentence. Read them and you will know what the work looks like from the back seat.
Was a great driver missed Bambi helping me fix ticket to get Home was cheerful and friendly good with costumer
Kirk with Executive Transportation turned a stressful travel day into a great experience.
After our Amtrak train was delayed by three hours, we were worried about making our connecting train in Galesburg. When we arrived at the Springfield station, Kirk was already there waiting for us. He immediately introduced himself, assured us we’d make our connection safely, and instantly put us at ease.
The two-hour drive to Galesburg flew by thanks to Kirk’s professionalism and great conversation. His vehicle was spotless, he was punctual, and he provided true black-car service from start to finish.
Thanks to Kirk, we arrived at the Galesburg Amtrak station with an hour to spare. His outstanding customer service made all the difference, and we’re incredibly grateful for his professionalism and kindness. If you have the opportunity to ride with Kirk, you’re in excellent hands.
Great Team! Jay is a great driver and made sure everything is smooth and safe. Very attentive, respectful, and friendly. I would recommend this service to 100,000 people. The ride is comfortable, quiet and smooth.
I am one the unfortunate humans that is constantly getting car sick, but I can confidently say my experience with Carl was the biggest sigh of relief. Zero car sick, zero worries. Not to mention the professionalism is top tier.
Thanks Carl for a great experience
Jay is always polite, helpful and a cautious driver.
Best driver there is. Highly recommend him for any of my travels. Mr J is number 1
Jay is a great driver everytime! Love having him!
Operator did a very good job getting us here safely through the rain and wind.
A first class shuttle service! My family and I booked a round trip shuttle to and from the St. Louis Airport. Our driver, Andrew, was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, helpful and a very safe driver. We were fortunate to have him as our driver for departure and arrival. I highly recommend this service for your shuttle needs.
I travel to Central Illinois several times a year and have found Executive Transportation to be an extremely reliable service. With reasonable rates, highly professional staff and an outstanding reputation for reliability, you literally can not go wrong utilizing their services. Additionally, office staff is extremely efficient and customer oriented. The company has a solid reputation not only in Central Illinois, but also throughout the entire state and neighboring states. Great people, great service!

Name the chauffeur if one looked after you, because that is the part the office reads out loud. If something went wrong instead, call the office first and let us fix it.
What riders mention
The four things riders keep writing about
Read sixteen reviews in a row and the same four subjects come up. None of them is the vehicle, which tells you something.
The chauffeur, by name
Bambi, Kirk, Jay, Carl and Andrew are all named by the riders they looked after. Nine of the sixteen reviews name a person rather than a company.
Turning up when it mattered
One reviewer had a train delayed three hours and found the chauffeur already waiting at the station. Another had a bus company fall through and needed a coach the same week.
The way the ride felt
Comfortable, quiet and smooth is how one rider put it, and a passenger who normally gets car sick wrote that she did not. That is driving, not upholstery.
Getting hold of somebody
Scheduling described as seamless, communication described as excellent, and an office called efficient. Those come from four separate reviewers.
We prefer 72 hours’ notice, but call anytime. Short-notice trips depend on availability.
When something goes wrong
What we do about the trip that does not go to plan
Sixteen reviews at five stars is not a promise that nothing will ever go sideways. Weather, traffic and aircraft do what they like. What we can promise is who picks up the phone about it.
While it is happening, call dispatch
Not the chauffeur, and not an email. The desk that scheduled the trip is the one that can move a vehicle, add a stop or send a second car, and it is staffed through the night.
After the trip, call the office
A complaint that reaches the office reaches management, not a mailbox. Tell us what happened and what you expected instead.
We would rather fix it than read it
A review is how the rest of the world finds out. A phone call is how it gets sorted. If both happen, the call is the one that changes anything.
Change and cancellation windows are on the cancellation policy page, and both numbers are on the contact page.

Send the trip and a coordinator writes back with a figure. The chauffeur who turns up is the part people write about afterwards.

Three things the reviewers above had in common.
They told us the hour, not just the day
Every one of these trips had a flight, a train or an event with a clock on it.
They said how many were riding
Headcount picked the vehicle before anybody had to ask twice.
They rang when something moved
A delayed train and a canceled bus both got fixed by a phone call to the same desk.
