Quad Cities Airport Car Service & Chauffeured Transportation

Four airlines, numbered doors, and a chauffeur standing at the right one.

Quad Cities International puts Allegiant, American, Delta and United into a single terminal in Moline, where the doors are numbered and the bag belt sits a few steps inside them. Executive Transportation sends a uniformed chauffeur to your address, handles the bags, and meets arrivals at the door the airport itself calls closest to baggage claim.

Know the airport

What to know about Quad Cities International

Quad Cities International Airport, code MLI, sits in Moline and serves the four cities on both banks of the river. It is one terminal with numbered exterior doors rather than lettered levels, and the general aviation side of the field runs through its own operators, away from the passenger building.

The doors are numbered, and that is how you find your car

MLI identifies its terminal entrances by number, and the airport tells arriving passengers to use Exit 6 or Exit 7 because those doors sit closest to baggage claim. That single detail makes a pickup here easier than at most fields: rather than describing a lane or a level, your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim and walks you out through the door nearest the car.

Nobody waits outside, so nobody has to find the car

The airport is blunt that its pick-up and drop-off lanes are for attended vehicles only, which is exactly why you never stand in them. Your chauffeur is inside at baggage claim with your name, takes the cases off the belt, and walks you out to the vehicle. The bags are ours from the belt to the trunk, and the lanes are somebody else’s problem.

Four airlines on one board

Allegiant, American, Delta and United all serve MLI, and the airport lists nonstops to Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago O’Hare, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Las Vegas, Orlando Sanford, Phoenix Mesa, St. Petersburg Clearwater, Sarasota and the Fort Myers area through Punta Gorda. That is a wider board than a field this size usually carries, and it is the reason travelers come up the river to use it.

Parking is metered by the hour and capped by the day

Two public lots hold nearly 2,000 spaces between them. The premium short-term lot runs $2.00 an hour to an $18.00 daily maximum, the economy long-term lot $1.00 an hour to a $9.00 maximum, and a three percent transaction fee is added to all of it. Payment is card only, your ticket is linked to your license plate at the gate, and the daily and weekly rates took effect on July 1, 2025.

Parking, pick-up, airline and ground transportation details checked on the airport’s own site, qcairport.com, on September 17, 2026. Rates and route maps both change, so confirm anything time sensitive before you travel.

Departures and arrivals at MLI

One terminal, numbered doors, and a chauffeur who is inside the building before you are.

Departures

Your door to the MLI terminal

  1. Give a coordinator the flightWhich carrier, which flight number, and what time it leaves. Four airlines work this terminal, and which one you are on changes where inside the building you start.
  2. We count the pickup back from thatStart with what your airline asks of you at the counter, add the run to Moline, then add a cushion for weather along the river. You get a time, not an estimate.
  3. Bags at your addressThe chauffeur takes the luggage where you are standing, loads it, and takes it out again at the terminal. It never touches a parking lot.
  4. Dropped at the terminal doorThe chauffeur stops at the departures entrance, sets the bags down beside you, and you walk straight in. Four airlines share the one building, so the counter is never far.

Arrivals

Exit 6 or 7, then home

  1. Send the inbound flight numberThe flight number and the scheduled arrival at booking, then a call to dispatch if either changes. Somebody answers at any hour, including the late Allegiant returns.
  2. Collect your bagsBaggage claim sits behind the doors the airport numbers 6 and 7, which it calls the closest entrances to the belt. There is no second terminal and no train between them.
  3. Your chauffeur is already at the beltYou do not wait outside and you do not call for the car. Your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim with your name, takes the luggage as it comes off, and walks you out through Exit 6 or 7 to the vehicle.
  4. Out of Moline in one vehicleWhether the run is east into Illinois or across the river, the bags stay where you put them and the driving stops being your problem.

Private jets and charter

Private jet and charter flights at Quad Cities International

MLI carries a serious general aviation business alongside the airlines, with two named operators on the field and a maintenance and completions center beside the tower. Executive Transportation drives that side of the airport on the same terms as the airline terminal.

  • 01

The car meets you at the operator, not the terminal

Private and charter flights come and go through the fixed base operator on the south side of the field. Your chauffeur waits at the FBO door rather than the airline terminal, which is a different building on a different road, with its own set of rules.

  • 02

Luggage at the aircraft where the ramp allows

With the operator’s clearance the cases go straight between the hold and the trunk at the airplane. Where ramp rules say otherwise, the handoff happens at the FBO door with the car already parked at it.

  • 03

The crew and the cabin, booked together

Flight crews want a hotel and passengers want a plant or a boardroom, usually at the same moment. Both go on a single booking, in one vehicle or two, and nobody waits on a ramp for a second car.

  • 04

A Sprinter for the whole party

A jet full of executives and their cases fits one Sprinter with a stand-up aisle. Larger groups take a coach. The quote covers the vehicle, not a fare for every seat in it.

Why be driven

Four reasons to be driven to MLI

This is a long run in each direction, and the reason people book it is that the flight out of Moline was the right flight. The car is what keeps the rest of the day intact.

One figure, and every seat is inside it

The vehicle and chauffeur are quoted by the hour, minimum stated up front, and a coordinator builds the hours from the river crossing the run is known for. Five colleagues on one flight share one car.

No parking ticket, no exit gate

MLI links your ticket to your license plate, charges by the hour and adds a transaction fee on top. A chauffeur removes the whole transaction.

The long run, minus the driving

This is the run where being driven earns its keep twice: once on the way out before an early departure, and once on the way home after a full travel day.

Uniformed chauffeurs since 2004

Executive Transportation has driven long airport runs for two decades. The chauffeur arrives early, in uniform, and knows which numbered door you are coming out of.

The fleet

Fleet for this run

MLI transfers are quoted by the hour for the whole vehicle, so the headcount and the luggage settle the choice. On a run this length, legroom is worth saying out loud.

The chauffeur is uniformed whatever you book, and a stretch limousine covers 8 to 10 when the party would rather arrive together than in two cars.

Cities we connect to MLI

Where our Quad Cities runs start

Executive Transportation drives to Quad Cities International from across Central Illinois, in both directions, on one quote for the whole vehicle. These are the cities the MLI work comes from, and each has a page of its own.

Every figure below is a clear-road drive to the terminal in Moline. Give dispatch the flight rather than the drive: we build the pickup backward from your departure, and a run this length is worth planning generously.

Wherever the run begins, one quote covers the vehicle.

Park or be driven

Park at MLI, or be driven to it

MLI is the rare regional field that charges properly for parking, hourly and by the day, with a fee added to every rate. Here is what the airport posts.

  • Long-term economy lot$9The daily maximum, at $1.00 an hour, or $63.00 for a week. Card-only payment, with your ticket linked to the license plate.
  • Short-term premium lot$18The daily maximum, at $2.00 an hour, or $126.00 for a week, in the lot closest to the terminal doors.
  • Added to every rate3%A three percent transaction fee is assessed on all parking rates. The daily and weekly figures took effect July 1, 2025.

A week in the economy lot is already a real line on an expense report, and the drive to Moline sits on top of it. See how a chauffeured transfer works.

Airport to airport

Popular transfers between MLI and other airports

Out of Moline and home into somewhere else is a common shape up here, especially when the fare only works one way. Executive Transportation covers the gap in one vehicle.

Each card is the drive between Quad Cities International and the airport named, in either direction. Send both flight numbers and both scheduled times, and call dispatch the moment either changes.

Two fields, one booking, one quote for the car.

Quad Cities questions

What people ask before booking an MLI car

The answers below use the airport’s own published pages at qcairport.com, checked in September 2026, and the calibrated drive times we schedule against.

Where does the chauffeur meet you at Quad Cities International?

Executive Transportation meets arriving passengers inside the terminal at baggage claim, which sits just behind the doors the airport numbers Exit 6 and Exit 7. Your chauffeur waits at the MLI belt holding your name, lifts the cases as they come around, and walks you out through Exit 6 or 7 to the vehicle, so you never stand outside looking for a car.

See how airport transportation works.

How much does parking cost at MLI?

Quad Cities International posts $1.00 an hour in the long-term economy lot to a $9.00 daily maximum and $63.00 a week, and $2.00 an hour in the short-term premium lot to an $18.00 maximum and $126.00 a week. Payment is card only, and a three percent transaction fee is assessed on every rate.

Request a Quote and skip the gate.

Which airlines fly out of Quad Cities International?

The airport lists four: Allegiant, American, Delta and United. Published nonstops include Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago O’Hare, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Las Vegas, Orlando Sanford, Phoenix Mesa, St. Petersburg Clearwater, Sarasota and the Fort Myers area through Punta Gorda. Confirm with the airline before you buy.

Call (217) 523-5466 and we will quote the run.

How far is Springfield from the Quad Cities airport?

Executive Transportation schedules the Springfield run to Moline at about 162 miles and roughly two hours twenty-five minutes on clear roads. Peoria is far closer, at about 90 miles. Both are treated as a floor rather than a promise, and we build the pickup backward from your departure.

Call (217) 523-5466 or request a quote.

Do I wait outside the MLI terminal for the car?

No. Executive Transportation does not leave you standing in the pick-up lanes, which the airport reserves for attended vehicles only. Your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim, takes the bags off the belt, and walks you out to the vehicle, so the only thing you carry is your boarding pass stub.

Read the airport transportation page.

What does a car service to the Quad Cities airport cost?

Executive Transportation quotes the vehicle and chauffeur by the hour, with the minimum stated up front in the written quote. The hours the Moline run takes decide the figure, along with the vehicle class and whether the return leg is held too. One quote covers the whole vehicle, so a party of six shares it rather than buying six seats.

Request a Quote with your dates.

Do you pick up from private jets and charter flights at MLI?

Executive Transportation drives the general aviation side of Quad Cities International as well as the terminal. We meet private, charter and corporate aircraft at the FBO door rather than the airline terminal, load beside the airplane where the ramp allows, and carry crew and passengers on the same booking.

Pass the tail number to dispatch when you book the chauffeur.

Can one booking cover a flight out of MLI and a return into Peoria?

Yes. Executive Transportation handles split itineraries, and they are common when the outbound fare works from Moline but the return does not. Book both legs together so dispatch holds both dates, and give us the flight number and scheduled arrival for the leg coming home.

See the Peoria car service page.

Three things riders tell us made the difference on a Moline run.

  • A Moline run is quoted once, for the car

Quoted by the hour with the minimum stated up front, so a coordinator plans the river weather into the hours instead of surprising you with it. Six colleagues share one vehicle.

  • Met inside, not outside

Your chauffeur is at baggage claim with your name when you walk off the flight. From the Moline bag belt to the trunk, the luggage is our job.

  • Dispatch answers day and night

Early departures and late returns are most of this work, and somebody picks up the phone at both ends of it.
