Feedback for Executive Transportation
We would rather hear it from you than read it later.
Write as much or as little as you like. Everything on this form except the message itself is optional, so you can send it without leaving a name, and a manager reads it either way.

What happens next
What happens to what you send
This is not a review page and it is not a ticket queue. It is a short form that lands on a desk in an office two people own. If you would rather write in public, the leave a review page has the Google link, and contact has both phone numbers.
A manager reads it, not a mailbox
The message goes to the person responsible for the part of the operation you are writing about, which is usually the schedule, a vehicle or a chauffeur.
The date is how we find the trip
With a day on it we can pull the itinerary, see which vehicle went out and which chauffeur drove it, and work out what actually happened rather than guess.
You decide whether we ring you
The form asks. Say yes and somebody calls; say no and nobody does, and the message still gets read and still gets acted on.
None of it is published
Nothing sent here appears on this website or anywhere else. The reviews on the site are the ones riders chose to write on Google under their own names.
A manager reads every message, and you get a call back if you asked for one. Anything urgent belongs on the phone.
If it cannot wait
A trip that is happening now belongs on the phone.
A chauffeur who has not arrived, an address that has changed or a plan that has moved is a dispatch problem, and dispatch is awake. This form is for afterwards.

Tell us
Send it and it is read
Three things that make a message easy to act on. If the trip went well instead, the leave a review page is the one you want.
The day, even roughly
It is the fastest way to find the itinerary, and roughly right beats not at all.
What you expected, and what happened
Two sentences. The gap between those two things is the part we can fix.
Whether you want a call
Some people want the conversation and some want it noted. Both are fine, and the form asks which.
