Evansville Airport (EVV) Car Service & Chauffeured Transportation
A small terminal, a short walk, and a car that is already at the door.
Evansville Regional is the kind of airport where the flying is simple and the ground around it is not, because almost every trip through it is a connection somebody cannot afford to miss. Executive Transportation sends a uniformed chauffeur to your door, handles the bags, and meets private and charter arrivals at the FBO on the general aviation side.

Know the airport
What to know about Evansville Regional
Evansville Regional Airport, code EVV, is a single terminal on the north side of the city with four airlines on the board. Nothing about the building is complicated, which means the planning belongs to the connection rather than the walk. Private and charter flights use the general aviation ramp instead of the terminal entirely.
Four airlines, and where they actually take you
American flies to Charlotte, Chicago and Dallas. Delta flies to Atlanta. Those four are the connecting doors to everywhere else, and they are why so many EVV itineraries are built around a morning departure. Allegiant adds Destin-Fort Walton Beach, Orlando Sanford and Tampa St. Pete, and Breeze flies to Orlando International.
One terminal, so the only question is what time you reach it
There is no second building, no train and no concourse to choose between. Check in, clear the checkpoint, walk to the gate. What that buys you is a schedule that is entirely about the road, which is the part a chauffeur removes.
How the pickup gets settled
Evansville lists the taxi and car service operators permitted to work the airport, but it publishes no separate livery lane, door or lot the way the big hubs do. So we do the sensible thing: your chauffeur is inside at baggage claim with your name, takes the luggage, and walks you out to the vehicle, and dispatch has the number if anything shifts.
The first four hours in either lot cost nothing
That is genuinely useful for a drop-off, and it is the reason a family send-off at EVV does not need a plan. It stops helping the moment the car stays overnight, which is where the daily rates below start running.
Airline, parking and ground transportation details checked on the airport’s own site, flyevv.com, on September 17, 2026. Published parking rates are the ones effective January 6, 2025. Rates and rules on that site change, so verify anything time sensitive nearer the trip.
EVV airport transportation
Departures and arrivals at Evansville
One building, one door, and a chauffeur who is at baggage claim before you reach it.
Departures
Your door to the EVV terminal
- Give us the flightThe carrier, the flight number and the departure time on the ticket. With one terminal there is no building to specify, which makes this the simplest booking we take.
- Everything counts backward from your departureThe terminal time comes from what your airline asks of you, then the run itself, then a cushion for the rural stretches, which are where the surprises live on a southbound trip.
- Bags at your doorThe chauffeur is out of the car and loading before you reach the trunk, at a house, an office or a hotel entrance.
- Terminal door, and outThe drop is at the terminal door, and the walk from there to the checkpoint is short enough that nobody has ever asked us about it twice.
Arrivals
Out of the terminal and home
- The flight number belongs on the bookingSend the flight number and the scheduled arrival, and call dispatch if either changes. Somebody answers the phone 24 hours a day, which is the point of the number.
- Claim your bagsBaggage claim is a short walk from the gates in the same building. There is no connector and no shuttle to catch.
- The chauffeur meets you at baggage claimBecause the airport publishes no dedicated livery lane, we do not pretend otherwise. Your chauffeur is inside at baggage claim with your name, takes the luggage off the belt, and walks you out to the vehicle.
- Straight out, no lotYou walk to a car that is already waiting, with the bags already ours, rather than to a shuttle and a parking receipt, which is most of the argument after a connection that ran late.
Private jets and charter
Private jet and charter flights at Evansville Regional
A regional airport with four airlines still carries a great deal of corporate flying, and Evansville is a good example. Executive Transportation drives the general aviation side of the field as well as the terminal, so a private or charter arrival gets the same vehicle and the same uniformed chauffeur at the FBO door.
- 01
Pickup at the FBO door
General aviation at Evansville runs through the fixed base operator rather than the passenger terminal, so the car waits at the FBO door rather than the airline terminal. There is nothing to walk through on the way to it.
- 02
Luggage loaded plane-side
Where the operator and the ramp allow it, the bags go from the aircraft to the trunk with nobody carrying anything through a building. Where they do not, the handover happens at the FBO door and the car is already there.
- 03
One reservation covers the flight deck too
The crew needs a hotel and the passengers need a plant or an office, usually inside the same half hour. Both ride on one reservation, in one vehicle or two, and nobody waits for a car to come back.
- 04
A Sprinter for the delegation
A jet full of executives or an inspection team fits one Sprinter, with room for hard cases and a stand-up aisle. Anything bigger than that steps up to a coach. The quote covers the vehicle, not the seat.

Why be driven
Four reasons to be driven to EVV
Southbound airport runs are quiet roads and long stretches, and that cuts both ways. Here is what handing the trip to a chauffeur actually changes.
One price, and the whole car is in it
The vehicle and chauffeur are quoted by the hour, with the minimum stated up front, so a coordinator plans the two-lane stretches into the hours. A team of five rides on one figure, not five seats.
Door to door, with no lot at the far end
The first four hours of parking at EVV are free and none of the rest of it is. A chauffeur skips the lot, the receipt and the walk back to a cold car at midnight.
The road stops being your problem
A southbound run is long enough to read a brief, take the call you were dreading, or sleep before a morning connection through Charlotte or Dallas.
Uniformed chauffeurs since 2004
Executive Transportation has been sending chauffeurs to airport terminals since 2004. They arrive uniformed and early, and they are standing at baggage claim instead of circling outside.
We prefer 72 hours’ notice, but call anytime. Short-notice trips depend on availability.
The fleet
Fleet for this run
Every Evansville transfer is quoted by the hour for the whole vehicle, so the only question is which one the party and the luggage fit. Name the headcount and the number of checked bags, and a coordinator settles it on the call.

Where our Evansville runs start
Executive Transportation drives to Evansville Regional from across Central Illinois, in both directions, on one quote for the whole vehicle. These are the cities the Evansville work comes from most, and each one has its own page.
The times below assume a clear road all the way to the terminal. Give dispatch the flight rather than the drive: the pickup is built backward from your departure, and the southbound routes run on two-lane for longer than a map suggests.
Each figure is a calibrated clear-road drive, cross-checked on Travelmath. Treat them as the floor. We also collect from Effingham, Mattoon-Charleston, Litchfield and any address between them.
The vehicle carries one price, no matter which town it starts in.
Park or be driven
Park at Evansville, or be driven to it
Evansville is honest about parking: four free hours, then a daily rate that is modest on its own and much less modest by the end of a week away.
- Cheapest official lot$8Maximum per day in the Economy Lot, after the first four hours, which the airport does not charge for.
- Covered parking$22Maximum per day in the Solar Covered Lot, the one worth having in January and in August.
- The drive itself$332.88A Springfield round trip of 438 miles at the IRS business rate of 76 cents a mile, before a dollar of parking.
Five days in the economy lot on top of that mileage is about $373, and none of it counts the seven hours of driving. See how an hourly quote is built.
Get a quote for the whole vehicleParking rates from flyevv.com, effective January 6, 2025, and checked September 17, 2026. The 438-mile round trip is costed at the irs.gov business rate of 76 cents a mile in force from July 1 to December 31, 2026. What we charge is quoted by the hour with a minimum stated up front, so ask a coordinator for yours.

Airport to airport
Popular transfers between Evansville and other airports
Fares move and connections break. When the onward flight leaves from a different field, Executive Transportation drives the gap in one vehicle and the bags stay exactly where you put them.
Each card is the drive between Evansville and the airport named, in either direction. We want the inbound flight, the outbound flight, and the scheduled time against each. Dispatch resets the car once you ring.
Clear-road figures. The Ohio River crossings are the ones that run long on a bad day.
Two airports, a single reservation, one price for the car.
What riders say
Three riders, three different runs
Executive Transportation saved the day after another bus company fell through last minute.
The scheduling process was seamless, and the timely pickup from Bloomington airport made my journey stress-free.
Our group of 7 needed a ride from Chicago O’Hare to Springfield. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.
Southern Indiana work tends to repeat: plant visits, supplier audits and project teams that fly in on a Monday and out on a Thursday. Corporate airport transfers are set up one trip, one team, or a whole travel calendar at a time.

Evansville questions
What people ask before booking an EVV car
The answers below use the airport’s own published information, checked on flyevv.com in September 2026, plus the calibrated drive times we quote from.
How far ahead should I book a car service to Evansville?
Executive Transportation prefers 72 hours’ notice for an Evansville transfer, and closer to a week when the party needs a coach. Call anytime: short-notice trips depend on vehicle availability, and the early departures go first. Give a coordinator the flight, the pickup address and the headcount and the vehicle is held.
Call (217) 523-5466 or request a quote.
Which airlines fly nonstop from Evansville Regional?
Evansville Regional lists four airlines. American flies to Charlotte, Chicago and Dallas, Delta flies to Atlanta, Allegiant serves Destin-Fort Walton Beach, Orlando Sanford and Tampa St. Pete, and Breeze flies to Orlando International. Those are the connecting doors your schedule has to fit around.
Call (217) 523-5466 and we will build the pickup around the departure.
Where does the chauffeur meet you at Evansville Regional?
Executive Transportation meets every Evansville Regional arrival inside, at the baggage carousel. The airport permits car services but publishes no separate livery lane or lot, so your chauffeur waits at the belt with your name, takes the luggage and walks you out to the vehicle, and dispatch stays reachable if anything shifts.
See how airport transportation works.
What happens if my flight into Evansville is late?
Executive Transportation wants a phone call from you the minute the new time is known. We hold the vehicle against the flight number and scheduled arrival you gave us at booking rather than watching the schedule ourselves, so a call is what moves it. Somebody answers 24 hours a day, which is precisely when late inbounds land.
Call (217) 523-5466 to move a booked pickup.
How is the price for an Evansville car service set?
Executive Transportation prices an EVV run as hours for the vehicle and its chauffeur, and the written quote names the minimum before anything is booked. The hours an Evansville run takes door to door set most of it, then the vehicle class. One figure covers the whole vehicle, so a project team of five is not buying five seats.
Request a Quote with your dates.
Which vehicle should a group book for Evansville?
Executive Transportation runs executive sedans for two to three passengers, luxury SUVs for five to six, Sprinter vans for fourteen and coaches for parties up to thirty-five. Luggage usually settles it before headcount does, so tell a coordinator how many checked bags are coming as well as how many people.
Compare the full fleet.
Do you pick up from private jets and charter flights at Evansville?
Executive Transportation drives the general aviation side of Evansville Regional as well as the airline terminal. We meet private and charter aircraft at the FBO door, load luggage plane-side where the operator allows it, and carry flight crew and passengers on one booking. A Sprinter takes a whole inspection team in a single vehicle.
Send the tail number when you book the chauffeur.
Is parking at Evansville free?
Evansville Regional does not charge for the first four hours in either lot, which covers a drop-off comfortably. After that the Economy Lot runs to a maximum of $8 a day and the Solar Covered Lot to $22, so an overnight or a week away still costs money, and so does the mileage getting there.
