How Did We Do?
One of these two links is the right one. You already know which.
If the chauffeur was outside before you were, say so where the next traveler will read it. If something went wrong, send it to a manager instead and give us the chance to put it right.

Pick the one that fits
Two doors, and only one of them is public
Both go to the same people. The difference is whether the next traveler reads it or a manager does, and that is your call to make rather than ours.
It went well
★★★★★Say so where the next traveler will see it
A public review is the only thing a stranger comparing companies actually trusts, and the detail that helps them most is the small one: the hour, the airport, the name of the chauffeur who turned up. Two sentences with a name in them are worth more than five without.
The Google link opens the review box on our own listing and asks for a Google account. Our listing is also at g.page.
It did not
Something was not right?
Tell us first. A manager reads every message, and the name, the vehicle and the day are enough to find the trip and work out what happened. A public review cannot get you a call back; the form on the feedback page can, and it asks whether you want one.
Nothing sent through that form is posted anywhere. It goes to the office and it stays there.
This is a company two people own and answer the phone for, so a review is not a statistic here. It is read, and if a chauffeur is named in it, they hear about it.

Next time
The trip after this one starts with a phone call.
Whatever you write, the reservations desk is on the same number, and it remembers the addresses and the hours that worked last time.
(217) 523-5466We prefer 72 hours’ notice, but call anytime. Short-notice trips depend on availability.
If you are writing one
Three details that make a review useful
Not a script. These are simply the things other travelers look for when they are deciding who to call.
Name the chauffeur
More than half the reviews we have already do, and it is the detail a reader believes, because nobody invents a name.
Say what the trip was
An airport run before dawn reads differently from a wedding or a session day at the Capitol.
Mention the vehicle if it mattered
A sedan, an SUV or a coach. It tells the next reader whether your trip was anything like theirs.
