What chauffeured car service to an Indiana airport involves
Indiana adds one complication no neighboring state has, and it is worth settling before anybody talks about a vehicle.
The clock changes at the state line
Most of Indiana keeps Eastern time and observes daylight saving, so an eight in the morning boarding call is a seven o’clock event on a kitchen clock west of the border. Northwest Indiana, Gary included, runs on Central instead.
Most of it is a terminal transfer
One address to one building, quoted by the hour with a minimum stated up front. Indianapolis is the straightforward one: give a coordinator the airline and the flight and the whole geography is settled. See airport transportation.
Some of it never sees a ticket counter
Gary sells no airline seat at all and every other field here works a general aviation ramp. The vehicle waits at the jet center door rather than the airline terminal, which is private jet shuttle work.

Does the time zone change my pickup time?
It changes the arithmetic rather than the service. Most of Indiana keeps Eastern time and the northwest corner keeps Central, so a coordinator sets every pickup from the airport clock and writes that on the confirmation. Read it back once and the question disappears.
